I for Influencer - Talkative, Inspiring, Trusting, Optimistic & Persuasive
S for Steady - Patient, Resist Change, Relaxed, Consistent & Non-emotional
C for Compliant- Quiet, Analytical, Detailed, Possessive & Committed
Absolutely No! All styles are equal. Each style brings value to a Marriage.
However, knowing our spouses' primary style will improve the ability to communicate effectively.
1. First you answer a few easy questions in your workbook to identify your style.
2. Explain the 4 styles.
3. Practical examples of how knowing the behavior styles can improve marriage in a fun way.
4. The goal is to implement immediately.
Tony and Amy have been providing DISC training for business groups and organizations to improve teams performance in the workplace. Attendees began to have discussions during breaks about how this DISC language can impact a marriage.
